Choco, The Baby Bird

Today, I think is the greatest Sunday of my life. In which my friend came over, and I rescued a baby bird.

                                    Before it all began

I was feeling a bit bored, before my friend called and said she'd be coming over. So I did my breakfast and got ready, and then Anvi (my friend ) came with her pet parrots. We had lots of fun, and after 15 or 30 mins, my neighbour called me, he was saying that there's a baby bird down there, near our garden. And sure enough, when I and Anvi went down near my garden, I saw a small shivering brown bird.

It was a good thing I had birdseed because I had parrots, I kept the brown bird in a box and then took her to my home. Anvi kept her parrots in my cage and I kept the chick in her cage. I first kept a hankie in the cage, then kept the bird on the hankie. The chick seemed to be panting, so I took a small bowl and kept some water in it, and kept the water bowl near the hankie. And I kept some birdseed on the hankie.

I later kept some cotton in a small plastic bowl, and then kept the chick on it, it seemed scared. Anvi and I thought that the chick was learning how to fly with it's mother and then landed in my home. After some time, we found out that the bird couldn't fly, so we decided to take her in the park.

The Park had lots of trees in it, so we kept the cotton bowl which had the chick in it, in a box, along with some water and seeds, we went in the park. The park was a beautiful green place, and it had a small shelter in it too. So we opened the box in the shelter (The shelter was an open one, like the one almost every park has, for protection from rain). We played with the chick, we even left her on a big plant, and she did not fly.

                                            Now

Ok, I'm sure you understood what exactly had happened, her name is Choco because she is a chocolaty colour, she's so tiny, and the greatest thing is that she don't know how to fly. So I can easily take her with me wherever I wanna. And even now as I write this blog, she's with me. She gives out cute tweets, I love her dearly.

Choco.

Ready for feedbacks.

Choco sends you her love.

You loving explorer,
